Silicon Valley Exec Caught Stealing Lego

Thomas Langenbach, a top exec for Germany-based software giant SAP, was prosecuted on Monday for faking the bar codes on boxes of LEGOs at the Stevens Creek Boulevard Target in Cupertino. Lagenbach used the faked bar code stickers and his smart phone to obtain the sets at massive discounts.
After searching his San Carlos home, police found 2100 unopened boxes of Legos. Mountain View police spokeswoman Liz Wylie released a statement about the event, stating that Lagenbach has been selling the items on eBay, from which he made $30000.
